基于ADDIE模型的教学模式在风湿免疫病学临床实践教学中的应用OA
Application of teaching mode based on ADDIE model in clinical practice teaching of Rheumatic Immu-nology
目的:探讨基于ADDIE模型的教学模式在风湿免疫病学临床实践教学中的应用效果.方法:选取2023年1至10月在蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院风湿免疫科实习的80名本科实习生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,其中40名实习生接受传统教学模式纳入对照组,40名实习生接受基于ADDIE模型的教学模式纳入研究组,比较2组教学成绩、教学效果、教学质量及实习满意度.结果:研究组理论成绩及操作成绩高于对照组(P<0.01);研究组教学效果、教学质量、实习满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.01).结论:基于ADDIE模型的教学模式应用于风湿免疫病学临床实践教学中,能够加强实习生理论分析及实践操作能力,保证教学效果、教学质量,提升实习满意度.
Objective:To investigate the effect of teaching mode based on ADDIE model in clinical practice teaching of Rheumatic Immunology.Methods:A total of 80 undergraduate interns who practiced in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from Jan to Oct 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using the random number table method,40 interns in each group.The control group received the traditional teaching mode,while the research group received the teaching mode based on ADDIE model.The theoretical and practical examination scores,teaching effect,teaching quality,and internship satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The theoretical and practical skill scores in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of teaching effect,teaching quality and internship satisfaction in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of the teaching mode based on ADDIE model in the clinical practice teaching of Rheumatic Immunology can strengthen the theoretical analysis and practical operation ability of interns,ensure the teaching effect and teaching quality,and improve the internship satisfaction.
