基于ADDIE模型的教学模式在风湿免疫病学临床实践教学中的应用OA

Objective:To investigate the effect of teaching mode based on ADDIE model in clinical practice teaching of Rheumatic Immunology.Methods:A total of 80 undergraduate interns who practiced in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from Jan to Oct 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using the random number table method,40 interns in each group.The control group received the traditional teaching mode,while the research group received the teaching mode based on ADDIE model.The theoretical and practical examination scores,teaching effect,teaching quality,and internship satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The theoretical and practical skill scores in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.01).The scores of teaching effect,teaching quality and internship satisfaction in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion:The application of the teaching mode based on ADDIE model in the clinical practice teaching of Rheumatic Immunology can strengthen the theoretical analysis and practical operation ability of interns,ensure the teaching effect and teaching quality,and improve the internship satisfaction.
