受阻胺类光稳定剂(HALS)因卓越的光稳定性已成为塑料行业不可或缺的功能助剂.文章系统梳理HALS的光稳定作用机制,包括阻断自由基链式反应、分解氢过氧化物和猝灭单线态氧,重点介绍复配协同增效、分子结构调整和多功能集成三大改性策略,总结HALS在农用薄膜、建筑塑料及汽车内外饰部件等领域的应用现状.HALS未来应与生物基材料结合,实现绿色可持续发展,并依据使用需求实现功能自适应调整.
Hindered amine light stabilizers(HALS)have become indispensable functional additives in the plastics industry due to their excellent light stability.The article systematically reviews the light stabilization mechanisms of HALS,including scavenging free radical chain reactions,decomposing hydroperoxides,and quenching singlet oxygen,with emphasis on three major modification strategies of synergistic compounding,molecular structure optimization,and multifunctional integration.The current applications of HALS in agricultural films,construction plastics,and automotive interior and exterior components are summarized.In the future,HALS should be combined with bio-based materials to achieve green and sustainable development,and realize adaptive functional adjustments based on specific application requirements.
