目的:探讨MRE11(meiotic recombination protein 11)在前列腺癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系.方法:采用回顾性分析方法,选取2019年5月至2021年8月在右江民族医学院附属医院住院治疗的50例前列腺癌患者与50例良性前列腺增生患者的组织样本,通过免疫组织化学法检测MRE11和Ki-67的表达,分析其与临床病理特征及无进展生存期的相关性.结果:MRE11在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率显著高于良性前列腺增生组织(P<0.05).MRE11的表达与患者的前列腺特异性抗原、临床T分期、骨转移、脉管侵犯及神经侵犯等相关(P<0.05),并且在高危Gleason评分(GS≥8分)组中阳性率更高(P<0.05),高危的GS评分、存在神经侵犯是无进展生存期缩短(即进展为去势抵抗性前列腺癌)的独立危险因素(P<0.05),且MRE11高表达组的无进展生存期显著较短(P<0.05).在去势抵抗性前列腺癌患者中,MRE11高表达与患者预后不良相关(P<0.05).结论:MRE11高表达是前列腺癌患者内分泌治疗后进展为去势抵抗性前列腺癌的危险因素,为前列腺癌的早期诊断及预后评估提供了新的潜在生物标志物.

Objective:To investigate the expression of meiotic recombination protein 11(MRE11)in prostate cancer and its association with clinical pathological features and prognosis.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on tissue samples from 50 patients with prostate cancer and 50 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia at the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from May 2019 to Aug 2021.The expressions of MRE11 and Ki-67 were detected by immunohistochemistry,and their correlation with clinicopathological characteristics and progression-free survival(PFS)were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rate of MRE11 in prostate cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues(P<0.05).Additionally,MRE11 expression was associated with clinical pathological features such as prostate-specific antigen(PSA),clinical T stage,bone metastasis,vascular invasion,and neural invasion(P<0.05).Furthermore,a significantly higher positive expression rate of MRE11 was observed in the high-risk Gleason score(GS≥8)group(P<0.05).High-risk GS score and the presence of neural invasion were independent risk factors for shorter PFS,i.e.,progression to castration-resistant prostate cancer(P<0.05).And the MRE11 high-expression group had a significantly shorter PFS(P<0.05).Among patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer,high expression of MRE11 was correlated with poor prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:High expression of MRE11 is a risk factor for progression to castration-resistant prostate cancer in prostate cancer patients following endocrine therapy,providing a novel potential biomarker for early diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of prostate cancer.
