两种土壤调理剂配施对设施连作西瓜生长和产量与品质的影响OA
Effects of two soil conditioner combined application on the growth,yield,and quality of continuous cropped watermelon in facility
为了探究两种土壤调理剂配施对冀西北地区设施连作西瓜生长和产量与品质的影响,采用田间试验的方法,以'麒麟'西瓜品种为试验材料,设置常规施肥(CK)、常规施肥+土壤调理剂A 90 kg/hm2(T1)、常规施肥+土壤调理剂B 9.0 kg/hm2(T2)、常规施肥+土壤调理剂A 45 kg/hm2+土壤调理剂B 4.5 kg/hm2(T3)、常规施肥+土壤调理剂A 60 kg/hm2+土壤调理剂B 3.0 kg/hm2(T4)、常规施肥+土壤调理剂A 30 kg/hm2+土壤调理剂B 6.0 kg/hm2(T5)共 6 个不同处理,测定不同生育期西瓜的主蔓长、茎粗、最大叶长和叶宽、净光合速率、叶绿素含量,以及收获期根系生长、产量和主要品质指标.结果表明,各土壤调理剂处理均能促进西瓜叶片、主蔓和茎的生长,但以 T3 处理的效果更明显;抽蔓开花期各处理叶绿素含量和净光合速率均达最大值,以T3 处理的叶绿素含量和净光合速率最高,较CK 分别提高了 14.71%和 13.45%;T3 处理的根系长度、表面积、体积、鲜重和干重均最大,且显著高于CK,较CK 分别提高了 26.51%、32.14%、45.87%、42.52%和 35.00%;T3 处理的产量和净收益最大,较CK分别提高了 23.72%和 48.98%;T3 处理的可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、维生素C含量均最高,显著高于CK,较CK 分别提高了 11.30%、28.62%、72.73%、40.77%;T3 处理西瓜的可滴定酸含量是所有处理中最低的,相较于 CK 下降了 28.95%,且显著低于CK;T3 处理的瓜皮厚度显著低于CK,较CK 降低了 14.51%.综上,在冀西北设施连作西瓜生产中,T3 处理能够达到促进西瓜植株生长、增强光合作用、提高西瓜产量和经济效益、改善西瓜品质的目的,因此,T3 处理是适合在冀西北地区设施连作西瓜的土壤调理剂施用配方.
In order to investigate the effects of two soil conditioners combined on the growth of continuous cropped watermelons in facility in the northwest region of Hebei province,a field experiment was conducted using the watermelon variety'qilin'as experimental material.Six treatments were set up,including conventional fertilization(CK),conventional fertilization+soil conditioner A 90 kg/hm2(T1),conventional fertilization+soil conditioner B 9.0 kg/hm2(T2),conventional fertilization+soil conditioner A 45 kg/hm2+soil conditioner B 4.5 kg/hm2(T3),conventional fertilization+soil conditioner A 60 kg/hm2+soil conditioner B 3.0 kg/hm2(T4),conventional fertilization+soil conditioner A 30 kg/hm2+soil conditioner B 6.0 kg/hm2(T5).The main vine length,stem diameter,maximum leaf length and width,net photosynthetic rate,and chlorophyll content at different growth stages,root growth indicators,yield and quality of watermelons at harvest stage were studied.The results showed that all soil conditioner treatments promoted the growth of watermelon leaf,main stem and stem diameter,in which T3 treatment had the best effects.During the pruning and flowering period,the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of each treatment reached their maximum values,and T3 treatment had the highest chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate,which increased by 14.71%and 13.45%,respectively,compared to CK.The root length,surface area,volume,fresh weight,and dry weight were all maximized in T3 treatment,which was significantly higher than CK,with increases of 26.51%,32.14%,45.87%,42.52%,and 35.00%,compared to CK,respectively.Compared to CK,the yield and net profit of T3 treatment were the highest,increasing by 23.72%and 48.98%,respectively.The soluble solids,soluble sugar,soluble protein and vitamin C content of T3 treatment had the highest levels,which were significantly higher than CK,increasing by 11.30%,28.62%,72.73%,and 40.77%,respectively.The titrable acid content of the T3 treatment was the lowest among all treatments,decreasing by 28.95%compared to CK,and was significantly lowered than CK.The thickness of the watermelon skin in T3 was significantly lower than that in CK,with a decrease of 14.51%.In conclusion,in the production of continuous cropped watermelon in facilities in the northwest region of Hebei province,T3 treatment could achieve the goal to promote watermelon growth,enhance photosynthesis,increase the yield and economic benefit,improve watermelon quality.Therefore,T3 treatment was a suitable soil conditioner application formula for continuous cropped watermelon in facilities in the northwest region of Hebei province.
