白囊耙齿菌提取物配施氨基酸水溶肥对生菜产量及品质的影响OA
Effects of extract of Irpex lacteus combined with amino acid water-soluble fertilizer on yield and quality of lettuce
内生菌提取物(BABC)源于白囊耙齿菌(Irpex lacteus),具有促生、增产及抗病的作用.BABC 与氨基酸水溶肥复配可协同二者优势,增加产品功效.为探究BABC 与氨基酸水溶肥不同施用方式、施用浓度对生菜产量及品质的影响,分别进行室内盆栽及大田试验,为其在蔬菜生产上的应用推广提供科学依据.试验结果显示,BABC、氨基酸水溶肥单施及复配均能不同程度促进生菜生长发育,提高生菜产量和品质.室内盆栽试验各指标主成分分析表明,喷施处理T-375 及灌根处理T-7500 生菜综合指标最优,其中喷施处理T-375 生菜叶片鲜重较CK1 增加 31.69%,灌根处理T-7500 叶片鲜重较CK2 增加 29.23%.田间试验选择喷施处理方式进行进一步验证,试验结果显示,BABC 与氨基酸水溶肥单施及复配均能提高生菜产量,促进生菜品质提升,提高生菜安全性.其中T-375 和T-750 处理相对单施BABC 与氨基酸水溶肥具有显著增效作用,对生菜增产作用最佳,生菜产量分别较CK 增加 46.68%和 47.34%,生菜叶绿素、维生素C、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白含量分别较CK增加 27.95%、66.87%、172.58%、82.76%和 37.46%、62.39%、135.48%、55.17%,硝酸盐含量分别降低 52.52%和 62.70%.因此,BABC 与氨基酸水溶肥复配具有协同增效作用,叶面喷施及灌根均可促进生菜生长,显著提升生菜产量、营养品质及安全性.其中,375 g/hm2 BABC 和氨基酸水溶肥复配型产品(7.5 g/hm2 BABC+367.5 g/hm2 氨基酸水溶肥)喷施处理对生菜增产提质效果突出,且用量较少、成本低廉,是最优施用方式和施用量.
Endophytic extract(BABC),derived from Irpex lacteus,has significant effects on growth promotion,yield increase and disease resistance.The combination of BABC and amino acid water-soluble fertilizer can synergize the advantages of them and increase the efficacy of the product.In order to explore the effects of different application methods and concentrations of BABC and amino acid water-soluble fertilizer on the yield and quality of lettuce,indoor pot experiment and field experiment were conducted to provide scientific basis for the application and promotion of BABC in vegetable production.The results showed that the single application and the combination of BABC and amino acid water-soluble fertilizer promoted the growth and development of lettuce in different degrees,and improved the yield and quality of lettuce.The principal component analysis of each index in indoor pot experiment showed that the comprehensive index of T-375(spraying treatment)and T-7500(irrigation treatment)was the best.The fresh weight of T-375 lettuce leaf was 31.69%higher than that of CK1,and that of T-7500 was 29.23%higher than that of CK2.The spraying treatment method was selected for further verification in the field experiment.The results showed that both single application and combination of BABC and amino acid water-soluble fertilizer increased the yield,improved the quality and improved the safety of lettuce.Among them,T-375 and T-750 treatments had a significant synergic effect on lettuce production compared with single application of BABC and amino acid water-soluble fertilizer,and the best effect on lettuce production was increased by 46.68%and 47.34%,compared with CK,respectively.Compared with CK,the contents of chlorophyll,vitamin C,soluble sugar,soluble protein of lettuce in T-375 and T-750 treatment were increased by 27.95%,66.87%,172.58%,82.76%and 37.46%,62.39%,135.48%,55.17%,respectively,while the content of nitrate was decreased by 52.52%and 62.70%,respectively.Therefore,the combination of BABC and amino acid water-soluble fertilizer had a synergistic effect,and leaf spraying and irrigation could promote the growth of lettuce,significantly improve the yield,nutritional quality and safety of lettuce.Among them,375 g/hm2 BABC and water-soluble amino acid fertilizer compound(7.5 g/hm2 BABC+367.5 g/hm2 amino acid water-soluble fertilizer)spray treatment had outstanding effect on the increase and quality of lettuce,and the amount was less and the cost was low,which was the optimal application method and application amount.
