氮密互作对园林菊花生长及养分吸收的影响OA
The effects of nitrogen and density interaction on the growth and nutrient absorption of garden chrysanthemums
针对园林菊花人工栽培技术问题,重点研究了氮素供应水平和种植密度互作对园林菊花生长及养分吸收的影响,以期为园林菊花的高效高产栽培提供理论依据.研究设置移栽后每间隔 15 d 浇灌 1 次营养液,共浇灌营养液 5 次,每次浇灌单株氮素用量为 200、500 和 800 mg/L 3 个水平(N1、N2、N3)与种植密度(株距×行距)为 40 cm×40 cm 和 30 cm×40 cm 2 个水平(M1、M2)开展双因素试验.通过测定园林菊花不同生育阶段各项生长指标、花朵品质、氮素吸收和变化情况,研究分析了氮素用量和种植密度对园林菊花生长及养分吸收的主效应和互作效应.结果表明,氮素用量和种植密度对园林菊花的生长及养分吸收具有显著影响,且二者之间存在互作效应.在定植 90 d,氮密互作显著影响园林菊花植株株高、茎粗、叶鲜质量、茎鲜质量、花鲜质量和花干质量,且N3M1 处理下园林菊花植株各项生长指标和花朵品质明显优于其他处理.在园林菊花整个生长发育过程中,氮素用量对菊花生长指标的影响大于种植密度.在相同种植密度下,菊花生长指标、花朵品质和氮素吸收量与氮素用量呈显著正相关.综合考虑园林菊花的生长指标、花朵品质、氮素吸收,每次浇灌氮素用量为800 mg/L、种植密度为 40 cm×40 cm(N3M1)可作为今后园林菊花人工栽培中推荐氮素用量和种植密度.
In view of the problem that high-efficiency and high-yield cultivation techniques cannot be achieved in the process of artificial cultivation of garden chrysanthemum,this paper aimed to study the effects of nitrogen concentration and planting density on the growth and nutrient absorption of garden chrysanthemum,in order to provide theoretical basis for high-efficiency and high-yield cultivation of garden chrysanthemum.In this study,the nutrient solution was irrigated once every 15 days after transplanting,and the nutrient solution was irrigated five times in total.Three levels of nitrogen application rates of single plant were 200,500 and 800 mg/L(N1,N2,N3)and two levels of planting density(plont spacing×row spacing)were 40 cm×40 cm and 30 cm×40 cm(M1、M2),respectively.The main effects and interaction effects of nitrogen application rate and planting density on the growth and nutrient absorption of garden chrysanthemum were studied by measuring the growth indexes,flower quality,nitrogen absorption and change of garden chrysanthemum at different growth stages.The results showed that nitrogen application rate and planting density had significant effects on the growth and nutrient absorption of garden chrysanthemum,and there was an interaction effect between them.At 90 d after planting,the interaction of nitrogen application rate and planting density significantly regulated the plant height,stem diameter,leaf fresh weight,stem fresh weight,flower fresh weight and flower dry weight of garden chrysanthemum plants,and the growth indexes and flower quality of garden chrysanthemum plants under N3M1 treatment were significantly better than other treatments.Throughout the growth and development process of garden chrysanthemum,the effect of nitrogen application rate on the growth index of chrysanthemum was greater than that of planting density.Under the same planting density,chrysanthemum growth index,flower quality and nitrogen uptake were significantly positively correlated with nitrogen application rate.Considering the growth index,flower quality and nitrogen absorption of garden chrysanthemum,the nitrogen concentration of 800 mg/L and the planting density of 40 cm×40 cm(N3M1)could be used as the recommended nitrogen concentration and planting density in the artificial cultivation of garden chrysanthemum in the future.
