超期服役起重机械安全评估技术研究OA
利用无损检测、应力测试、理化试验等检验检测技术对超期服役起重机械安全评估技术进行基础评估,按照 Miner 累积损伤模型对起重机械的金属结构进行损伤分析,利用 Paris 公式对剩余寿命精准预测,构建一个融合基础方法、Miner理论和断裂力学模型的起重机械结构寿命分阶段、分层级、多维度的三级评价与预警体系,形成动态的、逐步精确化的寿命管理与预警闭环,实现超期设备全生命周期的安全管控,并且为制定《起重机械超期服役安全评价导则》提供技术支撑,指导技术标准的更新.
Fundamental evaluation of safety assessment techniques for overdue service hoisting machinery were conducted using inspection and testing methods,including non-destructive testing,stress testing,and physicochemical analysis.Damage analysis of the metal structures was performed based on the Miner cumulative damage model.The remaining service life was accurately predicted using the Paris formula.A three-level evaluation and early warning system for structural life assessment was developed,integrating fundamental assessment methods,Miner theory,and fracture mechanics models,establishing a dynamic,progressively refined closed-loop mechanism for life-cycle management and early warning,enabling comprehensive safety control throughout the entire service life of overdue service equipment.The research also provides technical support for formulating the Guidelines for Safety Assessment of Overdue Service Hoisting Machinery and guides the updating of related technical standards.
