脂必泰联合他汀治疗动脉粥样硬化性疾病临床研究进展OA
Clinical Research Progress on Zhibitai Combined with Statins in the Treatment of Atherosclerotic Disease
动脉粥样硬化性疾病(Atherosclerotic disease,AD)已成为我国居民首要致死原因,当前研究热点聚集于如何有效防治该病方面.脂必泰胶囊是一种源于中医经典方剂的复方制剂,具有调节血脂、抗炎和抗氧化等作用.近年来,多项研究探讨了脂必泰胶囊联合他汀类药物在AD患者中的临床应用价值.文章就脂必泰胶囊联合他汀类药物治疗AD患者的临床应用研究进展进行综述,为临床合理应用脂必泰胶囊提供有效参考.
Atherosclerotic disease(AD)has become the leading cause of death among residents in China.Current research focuses on how to effectively prevent and treat this disease.Zhibitai Capsules,a kind of compound preparation derived from classic traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,have effects of regulating blood lipids,anti-inflammation,and anti-oxidation.In recent years,a number of studies have explored the clinical application value of Zhibitai Capsules combined with statins in patients with AD.This paper reviewed the research progress in the clinical application of Zhibitai Capsules combined with statins in the treatment of patients with AD to provide an effective reference for the rational clinical use of Zhibitai Capsules.
