责任制整体护理在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术患者中的应用OA

Objective To explore the application effect of responsibility holistic nursing in patients undergoing transcervical resection of polyp(TCRP).Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing TCRP from January to December 2024 who were admitted to Shiqian People's Hospital were selected and divided into the intervention group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the intervention group received responsibility holistic nursing on the basis of the control group.The perioperative indicators,quality of life,psychological resilience,and incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time,first time of getting out of bed,and first time of defecation in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of World Health Organization quality of life with 100 questionnaires in both groups were increased,and the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Connor-Davidson resilience scale in both groups were increased,and the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group(2.50%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of responsibility holistic nursing in patients undergoing TCRP can improve their quality of life and psychological resilience,shorten postoperative recovery time,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
