病房-家庭-门诊联动母乳喂养方案对初产妇母乳喂养的影响OA

Objective To explore the influence of inpatient-family-outpatient linked breastfeeding program on breastfeeding of primiparas.Methods A total of 202 primiparas who delivered in Conghua District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangzhou from August 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 101 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group implemented inpatient-family-outpatient linked breastfeeding program on the basis of the control group.The success rate of the first suckling,the success rate of breastfeeding in the hospital,the level of breastfeeding knowledge,the breastfeeding self-efficacy(breastfeeding self-efficacy scale-short form[BSES-SF]),and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of the first sucking and breastfeeding in the hospital in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 42 days of intervention,the scores of breastfeeding knowledge and BSES-SF in both groups increased compared to those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the hospital stay,at 42 days postpartum and 6 months postpartum,the exclusive breastfeeding rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The inpatient-family-outpatient linked breastfeeding program can increase the success rate of the first suckling after childbirth,the success rate of breastfeeding in the hospital,the level of breastfeeding knowledge,the self-efficacy of breastfeeding,and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding for primiparas,which is worthy of promotion.
