Objective To summarize the best evidence on fertility preservation in pediatric cancer patients,and to provide guidance for healthcare professionals to implement fertility preservation management for this group of population.Methods Using the"5S"evidence model,literature on fertility preservation in pediatric cancer patients was retrieved from guideline websites and databases,and the search period covered from the inception to April,2025.Three researchers independently assessed the quality,extracted,and synthesized the evidence.Results Eighteen studies were collected,including two clinical decisions,eight guidelines,two systematic reviews,and six expert consensuses.Thirty-one pieces of best evidence were summarized across four domains:system construction,technical safety,female fertility preservation,and male fertility preservation.Conclusion This evidence provides reference for oncology healthcare professionals in managing fertility preservation for pediatric cancer patients.During the application and translation of the evidence,full consideration should be given to domestic clinical context and individual differences of pediatric patients.
