橙花油芳香疗法在初产妇自然分娩中的应用效果OA

Objective To investigate the application effect of neroli oil aromatherapy in primiparas with natural childbirth.Methods A total of 100 primiparas who gave birth in Nanning Red Cross Hospital from July 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method.Fifty cases from July 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the control group,and 50 cases from April to December 2024 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine prenatal care,and the observation group was given nursing intervention of neroli oil aromatherapy on the basis of routine nursing.The anxiety score,pain score,labor and comfort degree of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the second and third stage of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).In the observation group,anxiety scores from 3 cm cervical dilation to full dilation and after childbirth,as well as pain score from 3 cm cervical dilation to full dilation were lower than those in the control group,the first stage of labor was shorter than that in the control group,and comfort score during delivery was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neroli oil aromatherapy has a significant effect in reducing the anxiety state of primiparas,alleviating pain,shortening the labor and improving the comfort of delivery.
