住院老年患者衰弱非药物干预的范围综述OA

Objective To conduct a scoping review on non-pharmacological interventions for frailty in hospitalized elderly adults,synthesizing assessment tools,intervention programs,and outcome indicators,and to provide reference for clinical practice and research on frailty interventions.Methods A systematic search was performed to collect studies on non-pharmacological interventions for frailty in hospitalized older adult in PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,Chinese Medical Journal Full text Database,with a retrieval time ranging from the inception to May 10,2025.A scoping review was conducted for standardized reporting of search results.Results A total of 25 studies were collected,including 17 randomized controlled trials and 8 quasi-experimental studies,involving 8 intervention programs,respectively based on exercise,nutrition,combined nutrition and exercise,nurse-led comprehensive frailty management,modified Hospital Elder Life Program,Geriatric Evaluation and Management Units,comprehensive geriatric assessment,and Acute Care for The Elderly unit.Conclusion Various frailty interven-tion programs demonstrate positive effects,but attention must be paid to the clinical adaptability of assessment tools,intervention proto-cols,and outcome indicators.Future research should prioritize methodological standardization,evidence quantification,and program localization to establish a non-pharmacological frailty intervention system more suitable for hospitalized elderly adults in China,while considering the country's medical resource allocation and cultural context.
