4例卵巢妊娠的超声特征分析OA

Objective To explore the early diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound for ovarian pregnancy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the ultrasound examination results of 4 patients diagnosed with ovarian pregnancy through surgical and pathological examination in the Daxing District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2024 to May 2025.The early diagnostic features of ovarian pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasound were analyzed by combined with serum β-human chorionic gonadotrophin level and postoperative pathological examination results.Results A total of 3 cases were correctly diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound among the 4 cases of ovarian pregnancy,and 1 case was misdiagnosed as tubal pregnancy.Among them,1 case was intrauterine pregnancy combined with ovarian pregnancy.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound is an important screening method for ovarian pregnancy.The two-dimensional ultrasound images have characteristic features,and the diagnostic accuracy can be improved by combined with blood flow characteristics and dynamic monitoring.
