哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗儿童重症肺炎的临床效果OA
Clinical effect of Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia
目的 观察哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗儿童重症肺炎的临床效果.方法 选取 2024 年 5 月至2025年5月阳光融和医院收治的重症肺炎患儿70例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各35例.观察组接受哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗,对照组采用盐酸氨溴索治疗.比较两组血清炎症因子水平、肺功能指标以及临床症状消失时间.结果 治疗后,观察组血清炎症因子水平均优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组肺功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组临床症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05).结论 哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠能够有效提升重症肺炎患儿的治疗效果.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 70 children with severe pneumonia admitted to Sunshine Union Hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group received the treatment with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium,while the control group received the treatment with Ambroxol Hydrochloride.The levels of serum inflammatory factors,pulmonary function indicators,and disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of inflammatory indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pulmonary function indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium can effectively improve the treatment effect of children with severe pneumonia.
