生成式人工智能赋能麻醉护理学医护合作临床实训教学案例编制OA
Compilation of clinical training teaching cases for anesthesia nursing empowered by generative artificial intelligence
目的 探讨生成式人工智能在麻醉护理学医护合作临床实训教学案例编制中的应用价值,编制高仿真模拟实训案例并验证其可行性.方法 组建跨学科团队,基于临床真实病例库,经生成式人工智能模型生成初始案例、专业审核改编后形成实训案例.招募24名初级麻醉护理人员,采用"全麻术中大出血紧急麻醉配合案例"开展4学时预试验,通过案例设计效率、案例质量评分及培训满意度、麻醉专科护士核心能力量表综合评估可行性.结果 生成式人工智能赋能显著提升教学案例生成效率;案例核心要素设计科学适配,培训价值与内容质量获认可,培训后麻醉护理人员核心能力显著提升(t=2.841,P=0.016).结论 生成式人工智能赋能该类实训案例编制具有可行性,可提升案例生产效率与场景多样性,强化医护协作能力培养,为医学跨专业实训教学改革提供创新路径.
Objective To explore the application value of generative artificial intelligence(GAI)in developing clinical training cases for anesthesia nursing collaboration,and to develop high-fidelity simulated training cases and verify the feasibility.Methods An in-terdisciplinary team was established to develop training cases based on a clinical real-world case repository,with initial cases generat-ed by GAI and subsequently refined through professional review.A total of 24 junior anesthesiology nursing staff were recruited to con-duct a 4-hour pre-experiment using the case of"Emergency Anesthesia for Massive Intraoperative Hemorrhage in General Anesthe-sia".Case feasibility was evaluated using case design efficiency,case quality scoring,training satisfaction,and the Core Competency Scale for Anesthesiology Nursing Specialist.Results The efficiency of case generation was significantly improved with GAI.The core elements of the cases were scientifically and appropriately designed,with training value and content quality receiving recognition,lead-ing to a marked enhancement in the core competencies of anesthesia nursing staff(t=2.841,P=0.016).Conclusion It is feasible to develop practical training cases with GAI,which enhances case production efficiency and scenario diversity,strengthening the cultiva-tion of healthcare collaboration capabilities,and providing an innovative approach for the reform of interdisciplinary medical training education.
