患者旅程地图在临床决策中应用的范围综述OA

Objective To systematically collate and synthesize studies on the application of patient journey map(PJM)in clinical de-cision-making,and to provide a comprehensive and reliable basis for optimizing clinical decision-making processes and improving the quality of medical service.Methods Databases including PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP were comprehensively searched to collect qualitative studies related to the application of PJM in clinical treatment decision-making from database inception to July 2025.Literature was screened using strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,and their quality was evalu-ated according to the JBI Critical Appraisal Checklist for Qualitative Research(2020 version),and the research results were integrated through systematic collation and inductive analysis.Results A total of 25 studies were finally collected,with 42 themes extracted,which were summarized into 16 categories and merged into 4 core integrated results:the advantages of PJM in facilitating clinical treat-ment decision-making;the challenges and dilemmas in the application process;the key factors affecting the application effect,and the optimization strategies for clinical practice.Conclusion PJM holds significant application potential in clinical treatment decision-making,but its widespread application still faces multiple challenges.It is necessary to formulate targeted optimization strategies based on influencing factors to fully leverage its role in enhancing decision-making quality.
