Application of generative artificial intelligence in nursing education:a scoping review

目的 对生成式人工智能(generative artificial intelligence,GAI)在护理教育中应用的研究进行范围审查,为未来我国护理教育数字化转型提供参考依据.方法 遵循范围综述指南,系统检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase、CINAHL、ERIC、中国知网、万方、维普数据库中有关GAI在护理教育中应用的相关研究,检索时限为2014年1月—2024年12月,对纳入文献进行归类和分析.结果 共纳入24篇文献,GAI通过定制个性化学习路径、模拟临床实训、优化教学设计等应用场景,在提高护理学生知识和技能水平、增强沟通与决策能力、激发学习兴趣等方面展现出了积极的应用效果.结论 GAI为护理教育变革带来了新的机遇,但仍存在一定挑战.未来研究可进一步创新应用场景,规范评价标准.通过技术优化、政策支持、教育模式重构,实现GAI在护理教育中的可持续与负责任应用.

Objective To conduct a scoping review on the application of generative artificial intelligence(GAI)in nursing education,and to provide reference for the digital transformation of nursing education in China in the future.Methods Following the scoping review guidelines,we systematically searched databases including PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,CINAHL,ERIC,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP for studies on the use of GAI in nursing education from January 2014 to December 2024.The included literature was classified and analyzed.Results A total of 24 articles were included,and GAI played a positive role in improving the knowledge and skill of nursing students,enhancing communication and decision-making skills,and stimulating learning interest by customizing personalized learning paths,simulating clinical training,and optimizing teaching design.Conclusion GAI has brought new opportunities for the transformation of nursing education,though certain challenges remain.Future research could focus on inno-vating application scenarios and standardizing evaluation criteria.Through technological optimization,policy support,and education model reconstruction,the sustainable and responsible application of GAI in nursing education can be achieved.
