基于"病传—方证"的《金匮要略》杂病病传理论探讨OA

As a specialized medical text by Zhang Zhongjing on the diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous diseases,Synopsis of Golden Chamber embodies profound theories and insights on disease progression within Zhang's medical system.However,research on Zhang Zhongjing's medicine has historically prioritized Treatise on Febrile Diseases over Synopsis of Golden Chamber,with scholars placing greater emphasis on the transmission of the Six Meridians while remaining relatively vague on the progression of miscellaneous diseases.By examining the framework of"disease-pattern-formula-herbs",this study explores the compilation logic,therapeutic principles,and formula herbs in Synopsis of Golden Chamber to outline Zhang Zhongjing's understanding of disease location,nature,and inter-disease progression—as well as the effective integration of disease progression with pattern-treatment based on formulas.This paper traces the origins of disease progression theory and analyzes relevant passages in Synopsis of Golden Chamber from the perspective of"Disease Transmission-Formula Patterns",aiming to systematically investigate the fundamental principles and key aspects of Zhang Zhongjing's theory on miscellaneous disease progression.
