蔡炳勤教授基于"痰瘀互结"学术思想论治甲状腺癌术后的岭南临证体系探析OA

This review systematically elucidates Professor CAI Bingqin's academic philosophy and clinical framework for the management of patients following thyroid cancer surgery.Grounded in the regional characteristics of Lingnan,Professor CAI identifies the syndrome of"deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality"with the core pathogenesis of"phlegm-stasis interbinding".He innovatively proposes that surgical trauma can lead to the generation of"new phlegm-stasis",which interacts with the"pre-existing phlegm-stasis"inherent to the disease.Based on this theory,he has established core therapeutic principles:"resolving phlegm,dispersing nodules,reducing swelling,removing stasis",supplemented by stage-based treatment and the integration of internal and external therapies.Leading his team,he has developed a stage-based treatment protocol and a characteristic external therapy system,deeply incorporating the distinctive features of Lingnan medicine.This provides a systematic and effective clinical paradigm for the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of patients after thyroid cancer surgery.
