200 km/h客货共线线路动货交会集装箱装载稳定性研究OA
Research on Container Loading Stability During Meeting Operations Between EMUs and Freight Trains on 200 km/h Mixed Passenger-Freight Railway
为验证200 km/h客货共线铁路动车组与集装箱列车交会运行的安全性,依托昆楚大线实车试验,针对隧道直线场景,开展集装箱装载稳定性研究.通过监测气动压力、加速度等数据,分析交会过程中集装箱的气动横向力、升力及加速度变化,并参考《铁路货物装载加固规则》从倾覆稳定性和水平移动稳定性2个方面进行校核.研究表明,20 ft集装箱的横向倾覆稳定性整体上优于40 ft集装箱;在最高200 km/h与120 km/h交会速度下,不同装载工况下集装箱横向倾覆稳定性均满足安全要求;对FT-R锁的结构强度进行校核计算,校核计算结果满足集装箱水平移动稳定性的要求.影响集装箱所受气动载荷的主要因素是动车组的交会速度和动车组车型,集装箱列车运行速度的变化对气动横向力的影响较小;相比动力分散动车组,集装箱列车与动力集中动车组交会时集装箱所受气动横向力更大.研究结果可以为200 km/h客货共线铁路动货交会运行提供实证支撑,为高速铁路货运安全与组织优化提供参考.
To verify the safety of meeting operations between electric multiple units(EMUs)and container trains on 200 km/h mixed passenger-freight railways,this paper investigated container loading stability based on real train tests on the Kunming-Chuxiong-Dali Line,focusing on straight tunnel scenarios.Aerodynamic pressure and acceleration data were monitored to analyze the variations in aerodynamic lateral force,lift force,and acceleration of containers during meeting operations.The overturning stability and horizontal movement stability were verified with reference to the Railway Freight Loading Reinforcement Rules.The results show that the transverse overturning stability of 20 ft containers is generally better than that of 40 ft containers.Under the maximum meeting speeds of 200 km/h and 120 km/h,the transverse overturning stability of containers under different loading conditions meets safety requirements.The structural strength of FT-R locks is verified by calculation,and the results satisfy the requirements for horizontal movement stability.The main factors affecting the aerodynamic load on containers are the meeting speed and the EMU type,while the variation in the container train's running speed has little influence on the aerodynamic lateral force.Compared with distributed power EMUs,the aerodynamic lateral force on containers is greater when meeting concentrated power EMUs.The research results can provide empirical support for meeting operations between EMUs and freight trains on 200 km/h mixed passenger-freight railways and offer a reference for the safety and operational optimization of high speed rail freight.
