民用轻小型无人机检测认证现状及铁路场景需求分析OA
Current Status of Detection and Certification for Civilian Light and Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Demand Analysis in Railway Scenarios
为解决现有标准对铁路等专业场景覆盖不足的问题,构建适配铁路环境的检测认证框架.以民用轻小型无人机检测认证体系为研究对象,聚焦铁路巡检场景的特殊需求,通过国内外标准梳理分析,发现在铁路场景关键需求上存在显著缺口:接触网强电磁环境下的飞控稳定性测试缺失;山区强风雨等复杂气象条件的适应性检验方法空白.通过分析铁路巡检对无人机的特殊要求,结合电网、农业等行业专用标准实践经验,提出构建"通用指标+铁路专用指标"的双层检验体系.通用层延续可靠性、动力能源性能等普适性指标,保障基础安全;专用层增设接触网电磁抗扰度、风雨环境飞行稳定性等特色指标.研究结果表明,构建场景化检测认证体系可有效弥补现有标准对铁路环境的适配不足,为无人机在铁路桥梁巡检、接触网状态检测等场景的安全应用提供技术支撑.
To address the problem of insufficient coverage of professional scenarios including railways in existing standards,this paper developed a detection and certification framework adapted to railway environments.Taking the detection and certification system for civilian light and small unmanned aerial vehicles as the research object and focusing on the special requirements of railway inspection scenarios,this paper sorted out and analyzed Chinese and international standards and found significant gaps in the key requirements for railway scenarios:the lack of flight control stability tests under the strong electromagnetic environment of overhead contact lines and the absence of adaptability test methods for complex meteorological conditions such as high wind and rain in mountainous areas.By analyzing the special requirements of railway inspection for unmanned aerial vehicles and combining with practical experience from industry-specific standards in power grids,agriculture,and other industries,this paper proposed a two-tier inspection system of"general indicators+railway-specific indicators".The general tier retained universal indicators such as reliability and power and energy performance to ensure basic safety;the railway-specific tier added characteristic indicators including electromagnetic immunity of overhead contact lines and flight stability in wind and rain environments.The research results show that the established scenario-specific detection and certification system can effectively make up for the insufficient adaptability of existing standards to railway environments and provide technical support for the safe application of unmanned aerial vehicles in scenarios including railway bridge inspection and condition detection of overhead contact lines.
