This article discusses the application of titanium alloy materials in the development and manufacturing of low-altitude aircraft.Due to their special operating environments and performance requirements,low-altitude aircraft have strict standards for material selection.Titanium alloys possess low density,high specific strength,excellent corrosion resistance,and good high-temperature performance,offering significant advantages in the manufacturing of low-altitude aircraft.They have gradually become an important choice in the field of structural material manufacturing for low-altitude aircraft,effectively increasing the payload and enhancing flight performance,maintaining stable mechanical properties under harsh environmental conditions.For low-altitude aircraft,the use of titanium alloys can enhance their operability and durability in complex environments,making it an important trend for future development.However,the application of titanium alloys also presents significant challenges,mainly due to their high material production costs and processing difficulties,which are the main factors hindering their widespread application.How to reduce the manufacturing and application costs of titanium alloys is a problem that needs to be addressed collectively in the future.
