传统捕收剂因结构单一,难以区分硫矿物与铜钼矿物,导致硫大量进入精矿,影响质量并增加冶炼环保压力.本研究通过酯化-胺化反应制备新型复合捕收剂,以巯基丙酸、油酸等为原料,设4组不同配比实验组与传统捕收剂对照组,结合浮选试验及吸附量测定等手段,探究其对铜钼混浮中硫走向的调控机制.试验结果表明,实验组3(A∶B∶C∶D=1.04∶1∶0.47∶0.29)效果最优,铜、钼精矿硫品位分别降至3.8%、3.2%,硫总回收率降至28.9%,硫矿物抑制率达54.2%.新型捕收剂通过复合官能团协同作用,可以实现对硫走向的高效调控.

Due to the single structure of traditional collectors,it is difficult to distinguish sulfur minerals from copper-molybdenum minerals,resulting in a large amount of sulfur entering the concentrate,affecting the quality and increasing the pressure of smelting environmental protection.In this study,a new type of composite collector was prepared by esterification-amination reaction.Using mercaptopropionic acid and oleic acid as raw materials,four groups of experimental groups with different ratios and traditional collector control groups were set up.Combined with flotation tests and adsorption capacity determination,the regulation mechanism of sulfur trend in copper-molybdenum mixed flotation was explored.The test results show that the experimental group 3(A:B:C:D=1.04:1:0.47:0.29)has the best effect.The sulfur grade of copper and molybdenum concentrates is reduced to 3.8%and 3.2%,respectively.The total sulfur recovery rate is reduced to 28.9%,and the sulfur mineral inhibition rate is 54.2%.The new collector can achieve efficient regulation of sulfur direction through the synergistic effect of composite functional groups.
