基于DPSIR模型的贵州省水资源管理及治理方案分析OA
Analysis of Water Resources Management and Governance Schemes in Guizhou Province Based on the DPSIR Model
为评估贵州省水资源的现状,并提出有效的治理方案,采用 DPSIR 模型对贵州省 2009 年～2023 年的水资源状况进行分析,并结合层次分析法(AHP)确定各评价指标的权重.结果表明,贵州省水资源状况呈现逐步改善的趋势,综合得分从 2009 年的 0.32 上升至 2023 年的 0.63,反映出水资源管理和生态保护措施的成效.据此提出优化经济结构、加强水资源规划、提高水资源利用效率以及强化废水治理等综合治理方案,可为贵州省水资源管理提供理论依据.
To assess the current status of water resources in Guizhou Province and propose effective governance measures,the DPSIR model was employed to analyze the water resources situation from 2009 to 2023,combined with the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to determine the weights of each evaluation indicator.The results indicate that the water resources condition in Guizhou Province shows a trend of gradual improvement,with the comprehensive score increasing from 0.32 in 2009 to 0.63 in 2023,reflecting the effectiveness of water resources management and ecological protection measures.Based on this,comprehensive governance schemes such as optimizing the economic structure,strengthening water resources planning,improving water use efficiency,and enhancing wastewater treatment are proposed,which can provide a theoretical basis for water resources management in Guizhou Province.
