大米发酵滤液与燕窝酸的协同光保护作用研究OA
Study on the synergistic photoprotective effects between rice fermentation filtrate and sialic acid
采用UVA照射建立皮肤成纤维细胞UVA诱导损伤模型,评估大米发酵滤液(RFF)与燕窝酸(SA)联用的光保护作用.通过检测细胞活力、活性氧(ROS)水平、腺苷三磷酸(ATP)与烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD+)含量以及线粒体膜电位,系统分析RFF与SA单独及联用的生物学效应.结果表明,RFF与SA联用能够显著增强细胞抗氧化能力,抑制ROS的生成,促进ATP和NAD+等能量代谢关键物质的合成,保护线粒体膜电位,从而改善线粒体功能.相较于单一处理,联用组在多项指标上表现更优,呈现明显协同效应.研究结果为RFF与SA联合应用于光损伤防护化妆品的研发提供了理论依据与实验支持.
A UVA-induced skin fibroblast damage model was established using UVA irradiation to evaluate the photoprotective effects of combining rice fermentation filtrate(RFF)and sialic acid(SA).The biological effects of RFF and SA alone and together were systematically analyzed by measuring cell viability,reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels,adenosine triphosphate(ATP)and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+)content,as well as mitochondrial membrane potential.The results showed that the combination of RFF and SA significantly enhanced cellular antioxidant capacity,inhibited ROS production,promoted the synthesis of key energy metabolism substances such as ATP and NAD+,and protected mitochondrial membrane potential,consequently improving mitochondrial function.Compared to single treatments,the combined group exhibited superior performance in multiple indicators,exhibiting a clear synergistic effect.These findings provide a theoretical basis and experimental support for the joint application of RFF and SA in the development of photoprotective cosmetic products.
