为研究肌肉协同模式与消防员损伤风险间的关系,本研究构建了损伤风险评估模型,分析消防员跳跃时下肢的肌肉模式,并评估损伤风险.首先,实验招募了10名消防员,将其分为有损和无损两组,并统计一年后消防员的损伤情况;然后,利用非负矩阵分解和最小二乘法分析其肌肉协同特征,构建了损伤风险评估模型.结果显示:有损组和无损组分别存在 4 种和 3 种协同模式,证明了模式分解现象;基于时序特征H向量发现,两组消防员具有不同的发力特征;风险评估模型(R2=0.6899,P=0.0006)揭示了肌肉协同模式更少的消防员,表现出更低的损伤风险.结果表明,增强肌肉力量可降低训练损伤风险.

To explore the relationship between muscle synergy patterns and firefighters'injury risk,we constructed a risk assess-ment model for injuries,analyzed the muscle patterns of the lower limbs of firefighters during jumping,and evaluated the risk of injury.Firstly,10 firefighters were recruited and divided into injured and non-injured groups.The injury status of the firefighters was then re-corded one year after the experiment.Subsequently,muscle synergy characteristics were analyzed via non-negative matrix factorization and least squares to develop the injury risk assessment model.The results showed that 4 and 3 synergy patterns in the injured group and non-injured group respectively,which proved the phenomenon of pattern decomposition.Differences in force-generating characteristics between the two groups were identified based on the temporal feature H vector.The risk assessment model(R2=0.6899,P=0.0006)indicated that firefighters with fewer muscle synergy patterns had a lower risk of injury.The result indicates that enhancing muscle strength can reduce the risk of training injuries.
