通过鼠李糖脂(RHA)和C8-C14烷基葡糖苷(APG0814)复配,研究复配体系对鼠李糖脂的表面张力、耐碱性、泡沫性、润湿性、乳化性能、去污性能、金属腐蚀性能、抗菌性能和耐硬水性能的影响.通过实验发现,当RHA与APG0814质量比1∶3时,对鼠李糖脂的各种性能影响明显,其中耐碱性、起泡性能、润湿性、去污力明显提升,但是使得表面张力和乳化性能变差.当两者搭配使用测试其抗菌性能时,两者之间存在相互拮抗,使得抗菌能力均变差,当RHA与APG0814质量比1∶3,抗菌能力消失.当APG0814大于50%时,鼠李糖脂的耐硬水性能提升明显,能够在Ca2+0.66 mg/L的硬水中稳定存在.

This study investigated the performance of rhamnolipid(RHA)in combination with C8-C14 alkyl polyglucoside(APG0814)by evaluating the effects of different mixture ratios on surface tension,alkaline resistance,foaming ability,wetting performance,emulsifying capability,detergency,metal corrosion,antibacterial activity,and hard water tolerance.Experimental results showed that when RHA and APG0814 were combined at a mass ratio of 1∶3,significant effects on RHA's properties were observed:alkaline resistance,foaming ability,wetting performance,and detergency were notably improved,while surface tension and emulsifying performance declined.Antibacterial activity tests revealed antagonistic interactions between the two surfactants,reducing antibacterial efficacy;at a 1∶3 ratio,antibacterial activity was completely lost.Furthermore,when APG0814 content exceeded 50%,the hard water tolerance of RHA was significantly enhanced,allowing it to remain stable in hard water containing 0.66 mg/L Ca2+.
