多维视角下动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者运动康复体验的质性研究OA

Objective To explore the exercise rehabilitation experience of patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage from the perspectives of patients,caregivers and rehabilitation therapists,aiming to provide a reference for refining supportive care strategies for rehabilitation.Methods From April to December 2024,8 rehabilitation therapists in the rehabilitation department,14 patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and dyskinesia and 12 caregivers were selected from a Grade Ⅲ-A hospital in Shanxi Province by purposive sampling for semi-structured interviews.Themes were extracted from their interview data using Colaizzi's seven-step method.Results A total of 3 themes(10 sub-themes)were extracted:1)reconstruction of lifestyle(changing exercise methods;disrupting life routines),2)multiple challenges in exercise rehabilitation(lack of rehabilitation knowledge;complex disease conditions;heavy economic burden;poor role adaptation),and 3)multiple driving forces for rehabilitation effects(perceiving rehabilitation benefits to stimulate training enthusiasm;combining various techniques for comprehensive scientific rehabilitation;evaluating treatment effects to implement precise rehabilitation;improving family environment to support patient recovery).Conclusion Patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage face multiple challenges in exercise rehabilitation,including knowledge deficits,disease conditions,economic burdens,and psychological role adaptation.Future supportive care strategies for exercise rehabilitation in these patients should focus on strengthening physician-patient communication,developing individualized rehabilitation plans,alleviating economic burdens,and enhancing family support.
