该文针对电力系统基本构成进行研究,包括发电、输电、配电和用电等环节,并分析新型电力系统在波动性管理、有序充电控制及兼顾市场经济效益与安全等方面的优化新需求.同时,从发电侧、电网侧、负荷侧出发,探讨人工智能(AI)在电力系统优化运行中的应用要点,重点介绍 AI在频率、电压及稳定性控制中的实际应用.研究表明,AI的应用能显著提升电力系统运行灵活性,减少电能传输过程中的损耗,提高输电效率,为新型电力系统建设与应用提供强大的技术支撑.

This paper conducts research on the basic composition of the power system,including power generation,transmission,distribution and electricity consumption,and analyzes the new optimization needs of new power systems in terms of volatility management,orderly charging control,and taking into account market economic benefits and security.At the same time,starting from the generation side,the grid side,and the load side,the application points of artificial intelligence(AI)in the optimal operation of the power system are discussed,focusing on the practical application of AI in frequency,voltage and stability control.Research has shown that the application of AI can significantly improve the operating flexibility of power systems,reduce losses during power transmission,improve transmission efficiency,and provide strong technical support for the construction and application of new power systems.
