Effects of SPOC Based on a Task-Driven Teaching Method in the Management Ability Training of Head Nurses

目的 探讨小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)联合任务驱动法在护士长管理能力培训中的应用效果.方法 便利抽样选取同济大学附属杨浦医院60名临床护士长作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30).试验组采用SPOC联合任务驱动法开展培训,对照组采用传统授课法.比较2组的理论考核成绩、管理能力客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)考核成绩和培训满意度.结果 培训后试验组理论考核成绩为(94.54±4.31)分,高于对照组[(84.23±6.42)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组管理能力OSCE站点考核中,"资源管理站""团队建设站""隐患挖掘站""业务指导站""纠纷沟通站""根因分析站"的考核得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);培训满意度方面,试验组除培训内容实用外,"培训方式新颖""课堂氛围活跃""注重问题解决"和"培训效果显著"条目得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 SPOC联合任务驱动法注重实践,有利于提升护士长管理能力,且护士长有更好的学习体验.

Objective To explore the effects of Small Private Online Course(SPOC)based on a task-driven teaching method in the management ability training of head nurses.Methods A total of 60 clinical head nurses were selected from Yangpu Hospital Tongji University by convenience sampling.They were divided into the test group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)according to a random number table.The test group received SPOC based on a task-driven teaching method,while the control group received traditional teaching.The two groups were compared in terms of theoretical examination scores,objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)scores for management ability,and training satisfaction.Results After training,the theoretical examination score of the test group was 94.54±4.31 points,significantly higher than that of the control group(84.23±6.42 points)(P<0.05).Regarding management ability OSCE stations,the test group scored significantly higher than the control group in terms of"resource management station","team building station","hidden hazard identification station","professional guidance station","dispute communication station"and"root cause analysis station"(P<0.05 for all).Regarding training satisfaction items,except for"practical training content",the test group scored significantly higher than the control group in terms of"innovative training method","active classroom atmosphere","focus on problem-solving"and"significant training effect"(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion The SPOC based on a task-driven teaching method emphasizes practice,which enhances the management abilities of head nurses and provides them with a better learning experience.
