文章针对情绪经济背景下普遍存在的情感疏离与自然体验缺失等问题,从情绪体验视角将诺曼的情感三层次理论引入家庭植物养护设计领域,探索人与植物情感共生的设计路径.以用户情感体验为导向,通过问卷与访谈分析用户在养护过程中的情感需求,结合服务蓝图与系统构建方法,提出"植愈力"情感服务系统模型,并进行原型测试验证.形成了融合感知激活、行为引导与情感反思的家庭植物养护设计框架,实现了植物养护体验从功能操作到情感共鸣的转化.该研究拓展了情感化设计理论在自然交互场景的应用,为家庭植物养护服务系统的可持续设计提供了实现路径与理论支持.

The study aims to address the problems of emotional alienation and the loss of natural experience under the background of the emotional economy.From the perspective of emotional experience,it introduces Norman's three-level theory of emotion into the design of home plant care to explore design approaches for emotional symbiosis between humans and plants.Guided by users'emotional experiences,questionnaires and interviews were conducted to analyze emotional needs during the plant care process.Combining service blueprinting and system development methods,the'PlantHealer'emotional service system model was proposed and verified through prototype testing.A design framework integrating sensory activation,behavioral guidance,and emotional reflection was developed,realizing the transformation of plant care experience from functional operation to emotional resonance.This study extends the application of emotional design theory to natural interaction scenarios and provides both a practical pathway and theoretical support for the sustainable design of home plant care service systems.
