基于CiteSpace的护理领域大语言模型研究热点与前沿趋势分析OA

Objective To systematically review the research status,hotspots and development trends of large language models(LLMs)in nursing.Methods Studies on LLMs in nursing were searched in the Web of Science Core Collection from January 2017 to November 2024.A visualized analysis on the number,countries,institu-tions and keywords of publications was conducted using CiteSpace 6.4.R1.Results A total of 174 relevant ar-ticles were included.The number of publications showed an overall increasing trend,peaking in 2024,with the United States occupying a dominant position.Research hotspots focused on the diversity of LLMs,their use in clinical practice and nursing education.Research frontiers centered on conversational agents,cancer care,Google Bard,and medicine.Conclusion Research on LLMs in nursing is rapidly developing.Future efforts should be made to strengthen international cooperation,promote cross-disciplinary exchanges,broaden the scope and depth of research,and further advance the integrated development of nursing disciplines and LLMs.
