瓦楞纸板生产设备高速瓦楞辊的结构分析与优化设计OA

为增强瓦楞辊耐用性、减少辊体结构变形问题,保障瓦楞纸板生产设备稳定持续运行,需对瓦楞辊的结构展开优化设计.为此,该文以单面瓦楞辊为研究对象,先介绍其结构参数、齿形参数,再利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,关联Solid Works三维软件,设计瓦楞辊结构的有限元分析模型,对辊体变形展开计算发现,应以瓦楞辊中部结构优化作为主要目标.之后介绍结构优化流程,分析参数不同下瓦楞辊变形量与质量的变化,最终确定以降低最大变形量、减轻瓦楞辊质量作为结构优化的两大目标方向,并筛选出最佳的优化参数.经结构优化前后对比,证实优化后瓦楞辊强度性能可以满足瓦楞纸板生产需求.

To enhance the durability of corrugating rolls,reduce the deformation of the roll body structure,and ensure the stable and continuous operation of corrugated cardboard production equipment,it is necessary to carry out an optimized design of the corrugating roll structure.For this purpose,this paper takes the single-sided corrugating roller as the research object.Firstly,its structural parameters and tooth profile parameters are introduced.Then,using the ANSYS finite element analysis software and associating it with the Solid Works 3D software,a finite element analysis model of the corrugating roller structure is designed.The deformation of the roller body is calculated and it is found that the optimization of the middle structure of the corrugating roller should be the main goal.Subsequently,the structural optimization process was introduced,and the changes in the deformation and mass of the corrugating rolls under different parameters were analyzed.Eventually,it was determined that reducing the maximum deformation and reducing the mass of the corrugating rolls would be the two major target directions for structural optimization,and the optimal optimization parameters were screened out.After comparing the structure before and after optimization,it was confirmed that the strength performance of the corrugating roller after optimization can meet the production requirements of corrugated cardboard.
