无人机挂取人身安全防坠装置的研制与应用OA
在输电线路停电检修过程中,需要人工登塔作业,登塔过程中全靠人工攀爬,人身安全风险高.该文基于无人机技术,研制出一款无人机挂取人身安全防坠装置,该装置通过无人机将登塔保护固定支架安装在铁塔塔顶,固定支架采用重力自锁紧机械机构,通过实时视频图传的辅助,在塔顶快速安装与拆除固定支架,实现登高防坠全程"可视化+自动化",有效保障登塔人员的安全,提升作业效率.经过现场验证,效果良好,对输电线路爬塔防坠工作具有重要意义.
During the maintenance process of power transmission lines when they are shut down,manual tower climbing operations are required,which involves high personal safety risks due to the reliance on manual climbing.Based on UAV technology,this paper develops a UAV-mounted personal safety fall protection device.This device utilizes a UAV to install a protective fixed bracket on the top of the iron tower for tower climbing.The fixed bracket adopts a gravity self-locking mechanical mechanism.With the assistance of real-time video transmission,the fixed bracket can be quickly installed and removed on the tower top,achieving"visualization+automation"throughout the entire process of climbing and fall protection,effectively ensuring the safety of tower climbing personnel and improving operational efficiency.Field verification has shown good results,which is of great significance for the fall protection work during power transmission line tower climbing.
