探讨饲料中不同水平的苯丙氨酸(Phe)对青鱼(Mylopharyngodon piceus)幼鱼生长性能、生理生化及免疫指标的影响,确定青鱼幼鱼对Phe的最适需求量.试验在纯化饲料中分别添加0、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%、1.5%的Phe(饲料中的实测值为 1.52%、1.85%、2.16%、2.46%、2.77%和3.09%,标记为Phe-1组、Phe-2组、Phe-3组、Phe-4组、Phe-5组、Phe-6组),配置6种试验饲料,饲喂初始体重为(2.70±0.05)g的青鱼幼鱼,进行8周养殖试验.结果表明:Phe-2组(Phe含量1.85%)特定生长率、增重率及饲料效率均达到最高,且显著高于其他组(P<0.05).Phe-1组(Phe含量为1.52%)全鱼粗脂肪含量最低,肌肉粗脂肪含量最高且显著高于除Phe-2组(Phe含量为1.85%)外的其他添加水平组(P<0.05),全鱼和肌肉的灰分均达到最高值.饲料中Phe含量的变化对水分和粗蛋白无显著影响(P>0.05).Phe-2组(Phe含量为1.85%)血清中酸性磷酸酶活性最低,显著低于除Phe-3组(Phe含量为2.16%)外的其他组(P<0.05);肝胰脏中胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶、超氧化物歧化酶和谷草转氨酶活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05).饲料中适宜的Phe能够提高青鱼幼鱼的消化能力,促进青鱼幼鱼的生长性能.分别以特定生长率和增重率为评价指标,青鱼幼鱼对饲料中Phe的适宜需要量为1.84%和1.83%.

To investigate the effects of different levels of phenylalanine in feed on the growth perfor-mance,physiology,biochemistry and immune indexes of juvenile black carp(Mylopharyngodon piceus),and to determine the optimal demand for phenylalanine in juvenile herring,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the research and development of compound feed for juvenile herring.In this experiment,0,0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%and 1.5%phenylalanine were added to the purified feed(The measured values in the feed are 1.52%,1.85%,2.16%,2.46%,2.77%,and 3.09%,corresponding to Phe1,Phe2,Phe3,Phe4,Phe5,and Phe6),and 6 kinds of experimental feeds were configured,and the juveniles of herring with an initial weight of(2.70±0.05)g were fed for 8 weeks.The results showed that the Phe-2 group(phenylalanine content 1.85%)had the highest specific growth rate,weight gain,and feed efficiency,all significantly higher than those of the other groups(P<0.05).The Phe-1 group(phenylalanine content 1.52%)had the lowest whole-fish crude fat content and the highest muscle crude fat content,which was significantly higher than those of other supplementation levels except the Phe-2 group(phenylalanine content 1.85%)(P<0.05),with both whole-fish and muscle ash content reaching the highest values.Variations in phenylalanine con-tent in the feed had no significant effect on moisture and crude protein(P>0.05).In the Phe-2 group(phe-nylalanine content 1.85%),serum acid phosphatase activity was the lowest,significantly lower than that of the other groups except the Phe-3 group(phenylalanine content 2.16%)(P<0.05).The activities of trypsin,lipase,superoxide dismutase and aspartate aminotransferase in hepatopancreas were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).The appropriate phenylalanine in the feed can improve the digestion ability of herring and promote the growth performance of herring.Based on the specific growth rate and weight gain rate,the appropriate requirements for phenylalanine in feed were 1.84%and 1.83%,respec-tively.
