粪肠球菌HY43对锦鲤生长、免疫和肠道菌群的影响OA
Effect of Enterococcus faecalis HY43 on Growth,Immunity and Gut Microbiota of Koi Carp(Cyprinus carpio var.Koi)
试验旨在研究粪肠球菌HY43对锦鲤(Cyprinus carpio var.Koi)生长、免疫、抗氧化及肠道菌群的影响.试验选取156尾健康锦鲤随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础饲料,试验组饲喂在基础饲料中分别添加107、108 CFU/mL和109 CFU/mL的粪肠球菌HY43冻干粉,分别记为107组、108组和109组,饲喂6周.结果显示:饲料中添加不同浓度的粪肠球菌HY43对锦鲤的生长指标无显著差异(P>0.05).各试验组的血清生长激素含量都显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且109组显著高于107组和108组(P<0.05);108组和109组的血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于对照组和107组(P<0.05);109组的血清酸性磷酸酶活性显著低于对照组和107组(P<0.05),109组的血清溶菌酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05).优势菌门由变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、梭杆菌门(Fusobacteriota)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)组成.108组变形菌门的相对丰度较对照组有所减少,108组和109组的梭杆菌门相对丰度较对照组和107组有所增加,108组的厚壁菌门相对丰度较对照组有所增加;108组和109组肠道细菌β-多样性显著区别于对照组(P=0.005,R=0.628 31;P=0.001,R=0.868 22);通过LEfSe分析确定了28个显著性差异物种,相比于对照组,107 组富集了戴尔福特菌属(Delftia),108 组富集了鲸杆菌属(Cetobacterium)、罗氏菌属(Romboutsia),109组富集了更多菌属,包括假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、气单胞菌属(Aeromonas)、马赛菌属(Massilia)、放线菌属(Actinomyces).由此得出结论,在饲料中添加粪肠球菌HY43可以应用于锦鲤养殖中以提高锦鲤的免疫力和抗氧化能力,并调节肠道菌群.
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of Enterococcus faecalis HY43 on growth,immunity,antioxidation and gut microbiota in koi carp(Cyprinus carpio var.Koi).156 healthy koi fish were randomly divided into 4 groups.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the treatment group was fed with 107 CFU/mL,108 CFU/mL and 109 CFU/mL of freeze-dried powder of Enterococcus faecalis HY43,which were recorded as 107,108 and 109 groups,respectively,for 6 weeks.The results showed that different concentrations of Enterococcus faecalis HY43 had no significant difference on the growth index of koi fish(P>0.05).The content of serum growth hor-mone in each treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and that in group 109 was significantly higher than that in groups 107 and 108(P<0.05).The serum alka-line phosphatase activity of groups 108 and 109 was significantly higher than that of the control group and group 107(P<0.05);The serum acid phosphatase activity of group 109 was significantly lower than that of the control group and group 107(P<0.05),and the serum lysozyme activity of group 109 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The dominant phylum is composed of Proteobacteria,Fusobacteriota and Firmicutes.Compared with the control group,the relative abundance of Proteus in group 108 decreased,that of Fusobacterium in group 108 and 109 increased,and that of Firmicutes in group 108 increased.The β-diversity of intestinal bacteria in 108 and 109 groups was significantly different from that in the control group(P=0.005,R=0.628 31;P=0.001,R=0.868 22);Twenty-eight species with significant differences were identified by LEfSe analysis.Compared with the control group,107 groups were enriched with Delftia,108 groups with Cetobacterium and Rombout-sia,and 109 groups with more bacteria,including Pseudomonas,Aeromonas,Massilia and Actinomyces.Therefore,it is concluded that adding Enterococcus faecalis HY43 to feed can be used in koi fish to improve koi fish's immunity and antioxidant capacity and regulate gut microbiota.
