研究旨在探讨膨化玉米秸秆发酵饲料对肉犊牛生长性能、养分表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响,筛选出膨化玉米秸秆发酵饲料替代玉米秸秆适宜的用量.试验选择健康7~8月龄体重为(200.45±5.22)kg的西门塔尔×本地黄牛杂交F1代肉犊牛(母)75头,随机分为5组,每组15个重复,每个重复1头牛.其中对照组饲喂玉米秸秆,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组饲喂膨化玉米秸秆发酵饲料分别替代40%、60%、80%、100%玉米秸秆,预试期10 d,正试期60 d.结果表明:①与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组杂交F1代肉犊牛的平均日采食量均提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05).②与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组杂交F1代肉犊牛的干物质、粗脂肪、钙、磷和有机质养分表观消化率均提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维养分表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05).③与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组杂交F1代肉犊牛血清白蛋白(ALB)含量均提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05),谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性和总胆固醇(TG)、三酰甘油(TC)、肌酐(Cr)含量降低(P>0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组杂交F1代肉犊牛血清中的总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)含量均显著提高(P<0.05),谷草转氨酶(AST)活性和血尿素氮(BUN)含量均显著降低(P<0.05).综上所述,60%、80%膨化玉米秸秆发酵饲料添加替代玉米秸秆可提高杂交F1代肉犊牛的生长性能、养分表观消化率,改善血清生化指标.

The study aimed to investigate the effects of extruded corn stalk fermented feed on growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutri-ents,and serum biochemical parameters of beef calves,and to screen the appropriate amount of extruded corn stalk fermented feed to replace corn straw.A total of 75 healthy 7-8 month old F1 beef calves(female)of Simmental×local yellow cattle with a body weight of(200.45±5.22)kg were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into 5 groups,with 15 replicates in each group and 1 calf in each replicate.The control group was fed corn straw,while groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were fed extruded corn straw fermented feed to replace 40%,60%,80%,and 100%of corn straw,respectively.The pre experiment lasted for 10 days and the experimental period lasted for 60 days.The results showed that:① compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake of hybrid F1 beef calves in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ increased,but the differences were not sig-nificant(P>0.05).The average daily weight gain in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio significantly decreased(P<0.05).② Compared with the control group,the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude fat,calcium,phosphorus,and organic matter nutrients in hybrid F1 beef calves in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ increased,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).The appar-ent digestibility of crude protein,neutral detergent fiber,and acid detergent fiber nutrients in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ significantly increased(P<0.05).③ Compared with the control group,the serum albumin(ALB)content in hybrid F1 beef calves in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ increased,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).The contents of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total cholesterol(TG),triglycerides(TC),and creati-nine(Cr)decreased(P>0.05).The total protein(TP)and globulin(GLB)contents in the serum of hybrid F1 beef calves in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ significantly increased(P<0.05),and the contents of aspartate aminotrans-ferase(AST)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)significantly decreased(P<0.05).In summary,the addition of 60%and 80%extruded corn stalk fermented feed as a substitute for corn stalk can improve the growth per-formance,apparent digestibility of nutrients,and serum biochemical parameters of hybrid F1 beef calves.
