The handover test technology of 10 kV distribution cabinets is discussed,and the test items and operating specifi-cations for core equipment in the distribution cabinets are systematically elaborated.Specifically,it covers the insulation resis-tance,contact resistance,opening and closing characteristics of vacuum circuit breakers,the insulation resistance,DC resistance,polarity change ratio and excitation curve of current transformers and voltage transformers,the insulation resistance,DC reference voltage and power frequency discharge voltage tests of gapeless metal oxide lightning arresters and overvoltage protectors,as well as the insulation resistance,phase sequence inspection and power frequency withstand voltage test of buses.At the same time,the study clarified the requirements for equipment condition recovery after test and the standards for preparing test reports.Its research results provide technical reference for the standardized implementation of handover tests for 10 kV distribution cabinets and help ensure the safe and stable operation of power equipment.
