舔砖压机液压系统仿真研究OA
针对牛羊养殖营养管理对舔砖成型压实度与密度分布均匀性的需求,以 200 t 压机为研究对象,设计采用双向浮动压制的多缸液压传动系统,以提升压机的均匀压实效果.该文完成液压系统的设计并基于 AMESim 进行建模仿真,重点分析浮动压制与多缸传动系统全周期动作中各液压缸的位移、速度、压力与流量等动态特性.
Aiming to meet the demands of nutritional management of cattle and sheep breeding,specifically regarding the compaction density and uniformity of density distribution in lick blocks,this study focuses on a 200-ton press.A multi-cylinder hydraulic drive system featuring two-way floating pressing is designed to enhance the press's uniform compaction effectiveness.The hydraulic system design was completed and modeled using AMESim simulation.The dynamic characteristics such as displacement,speed,pressure and flow of each hydraulic cylinder during the full-cycle operation of the floating pressing and multi-cylinder transmission system were analyzed.
