山区洪水暴涨陡落,常造成严重经济损失和人员伤亡,实现洪水预报在防洪减灾中十分重要.选取福建省闽清县梅溪流域为研究区域,构建梅溪流域水文-水动力耦合模型,收集研究区2023年"海葵"和2015年"苏迪罗"台风暴雨洪水资料进行模型参数率定与验证,并反演2016年"尼伯特"台风导致的梅溪流域暴雨洪水过程.结果表明所建模型模拟效果良好,模型参数设置合理,能基本反映梅溪流域干流洪水水动力学特性,可为流域山洪预警预报提供技术支撑和分析平台.

Mountain floods rise rapidly and recede sharply,often causing severe losses.Accurate flood forecasting is therefore vital for disaster mitigation.The Meixi Basin in Minqing County,Fujian Province,was selected as the study area,and a coupled hydrological-hydrodynamic model was developed.Data from the 2023"Haikui"and 2015"Soudelor"typhoon events were used for model calibration and validation,after which the flood process caused by Typhoon"Nepartak"on 9 July 2016 was reconstructed.Results show that the model reproduces hydrodynamic characteristics of the main channel well,with reasonable parameter settings,providing technical support and an analytical platform for flash-flood early warning and forecasting.
