太湖县方田河山洪沟防洪治理工程措施探讨OA

河道落差较大,汇流时间短,冲刷能力强,易发山洪灾害.频繁的山洪灾害始终是当地人民的心腹之患,历次洪水均给沿河人民带来了严重的灾害和重大损失,防汛抢险、灾后恢复重建均投入大量的人力物力和财力.以太湖县方田河山洪沟防洪治理工程为例,根据沟道特性和治理现状,分析防洪体系不完善段的防洪治理方案设计,以期为同类山洪沟防洪治理工程提供参考.

Steep channel gradients,short concentration times and strong scouring capacity make mountain torrent channels highly susceptible to flash-flood disasters.Repeated flooding has caused serious losses and demanded substantial investment in emergency response and reconstruction.Using the Fangtian river mountain torrent control project in Taihu county as an example,the paper analyzes existing channel conditions and deficiencies in the flood-control system,and proposes engineering design measures for problematic reaches.The study aims to provide reference for similar mountain-torrent control projects.
