高寒盐沼区桥梁桩基腐蚀损伤试验研究OA

为探究高寒盐沼区桥梁桩基在冻融循环作用下的腐蚀损伤机理,将 7 组不同配合比桩基混凝土浸泡在 3 种质量浓度复合盐溶液中,经冻融循环后对其外观、质量、动弹性模量和抗压强度进行分析,结合微观SEM测试揭示高寒盐沼区桩基混凝土的腐蚀损伤机理.研究结果表明,外掺剂配合比对桩基混凝土抗侵蚀性能有显著影响,在桩基混凝土中加入粉煤灰、硅灰和膨胀剂(配比Ⅴ),经质量浓度 3.17%复合盐溶液浸泡-冻融 120 次后,试件表面仅轻微脱落,抗侵蚀性能得到提高;当复合盐溶液质量浓度从 3.17%增大到 19.2%,盐离子间相互抑制作用减缓了对桩基混凝土的侵蚀损伤;由SEM观察到桩基混凝土腐蚀产物主要有钙矾石、Friedel盐等.该文研究成果将对高寒盐沼区桥梁桩基的设计、服役与运维产生重要的工程意义.

To investigate the corrosion damage mechanism of bridge pile foundation under freeze-thaw cyclesin high-altitude cold saline marsh areas,seven groups of pile foundation concrete specimens with different mix ratios were soaked in three mass concentrations of composite salt solutions.After freeze-thaw cycling,the appearance,mass loss,dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength were analyzed.Combined with scanning electron microscopy(SEM)test,the corrosion damage mechanism of pile foundation concrete was revealed.The research results show that the ratio of external admixtures has a significant impact on the corrosion resistance performance of pile foundation concrete.The concrete specimens mixed with fly ash,silica fume and expansion agent(Mix ratio V)was soaked and frozen-thawed for 120 times with a mass concentration of 3.17%composite salt solution.The surface of the specimens only fell off slightly,which improved the erosion resistance performance of the pile foundation concrete.When the mass concentration of the composite salt solution increases from 3.17%to 19.2%,the mutual inhibition between salt ions slows down the erosion and damage to pile foundation concrete.It was observed from SEM test that the corrosion products of the concrete specimens mainly include ettringite,Friedel salt,etc.The results of this paper will have important engineering significance for the design,service and operation and maintenance of bridge pile foundations in high-altitude cold salt marsh areas.
