VARI成型纤维增强复合材料的孔隙率超声评价研究OA
随着船用复合材料的发展,其质量控制愈发重要.针对纤维增强复合材料真空辅助成型中孔隙缺陷的问题,利用超声无损检测技术进行评价研究.该文基于声场仿真,探究不同形态、数目及分布范围的孔隙缺陷对超声波传播规律的影响.使用光学显微镜及微焦点工业CT对缺陷试样进行表征,探究真空辅助成型工艺下孔隙缺陷特征.使用孔隙率梯度试样,结合超声无损检测技术,利用声速法及频谱法建立声速及超声回波信号中心频率与材料孔隙率的关系模型.
With the development of Marine composite materials,its quality control is becoming more and more important.Aiming at the problem of pore defects in vacuum assisted molding of fiber reinforced composites,ultrasonic nondestructive testing(NDT)technology was used to evaluate and study the problem.Based on sound field simulation,this paper explores the influence of pore defects with different shapes,numbers and distribution ranges on ultrasonic wave propagation laws.Optical microscopy and micro-focus industrial CT were used to characterize the defect samples to explore the characteristics of pore defects under the vacuum-assisted forming process.Using porosity gradient specimens,combined with ultrasonic non-destructive testing technology,a relationship model between sound velocity and center frequency of ultrasonic echo signal and material porosity is established using sound velocity method and spectrum method.
