制冷水温对低温空气源热泵制冷性能影响的实验研究OA
Experimental research on the influence of refrigeration water temperature on the refrigeration performance of low-temperature air source heat pump
为研究制冷水温对低温空气源热泵制冷性能的影响,在焓差实验室中对一台低温空气源热泵进行制冷实验测试,并采取液体载冷剂法计算制冷量.实验结果表明:在环境温度为35℃,且制冷供水温度在5~20℃变化时,实验样机的制冷性能系数(COP,Coefficient of Performance)从2.41 增加到2.86,增长了18.67%;制冷量从53.01 kW上升到73.29 kW,增长了38.26%;耗功率从21.97 kW上升到25.66 kW,增长了16.80%.综合机组COP、耗功率及制冷实际应用可知,制冷供水温度在12~16℃较为合适.
To study the influence of refrigeration water temperature on the refrigeration performance of low-temperature air source heat pump,refrigeration experiments were conducted on a low-temperature air source heat pump in the enthalpy difference laboratory,using the liquid secondary refrigerant method to calculate the refrigeration capacity.Experiment results show that at the ambient temperature of 35℃,with the cooling water supply temperature varying from 5℃to 20℃,the Coefficient of Performance(COP)of the experimental prototype increases from 2.41 to 2.86,representing an increase of 18.67%.The refrigeration capacity increases from 53.01 kW to 73.29 kW,reflecting an increase of 38.26%;The power consumption rises from 21.97 kW to 25.66 kW,increasing by 16.80%.Considering the prototype COP,the power consumption and the practical application of refrigeration,the cooling water supply tem-perature between 12~16℃is deemed more suitable.
