艾滋病男性IL-10和TGF-β1表达及其预测预后价值OA
Expression of interleukin-10 and transforming growth factor-beta 1 in male AIDS patients and their value in predicting prognosis
目的 探讨男性艾滋病病人血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)表达及其对预后预测价值.方法 2021年4月—2024年2月,选择南充市中心医院收治的46例男性艾滋病病人作为观察组,以同期年龄相匹配的55例健康体检男性为对照组.观察组依据6个月疗效随访结果分为预后良好组(28例)和预后不良组(18例),对两组一般资料进行比较.研究对象入院后检测血清IL-10和TGF-β1表达并进行组间比较.采用多因素Logistic回归分析男性艾滋病病人预后的影响因素,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线下面积(AUC)评估血清IL-10和TGF-β1表达对男性艾滋病病人预后的预测价值.结果 观察组血清IL-10和TGF-β1表达均显著高于对照组(t=22.286、25.053,P均<0.05).预后不良组男性艾滋病病人血清IL-10和TGF-β1表达均显著高于预后良好组(t=12.035、14.472,P均<0.05).多因素Logistic回归分析显示,血清IL-10和TGF-β1表达均为男性艾滋病病人预后不良的危险因素(OR=3.762、4.577,95%CI=(2.065~6.854)、(2.238~9.360),P 均<0.05).ROC曲线分析显示,血清IL-10和TGF-β1单独及二者联合预测男性艾滋病病人预后不良的AUC分别为0.844、0.851和0.905(95%CI=(0.794~0.855)~(0.894~0.955),P均<0.05),其中以二者联合的预测价值最高.结论 男性艾滋病病人血清IL-10和TGF-β1表达均显著升高,且二者表达均与其预后密切相关,二者联合检测对病人预后不良有较高的预测价值.
Objective To investigate the expression levels of serum interleukin-10(IL-10)and transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-β1)in male AIDS patients and their value in predicting prognosis.Methods A total of 46 male AIDS patients who were admitted to Nanchong Central Hospital from April 2021 to February 2024 were enrolled as observation group,and 55 male in-dividuals of the same age who underwent physical examination during the same period of time were enrolled as control group.Ac-cording to the follow-up results at 6 months,the observation group was further divided into good prognosis group with 28 patients and poor prognosis group with 18 patients,and the general data were compared between the two groups.The expression levels of serum IL-10 and TGF-β1 were measured for all subjects after admission and then were compared between groups.A multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the influencing factors for the prognosis of male AIDS patients,and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve and the area under the ROC curve(AUC)were used to assess the value of the expression le-vels of serum IL-10 and TGF-β1 in predicting the prognosis of male AIDS patients.Results The observation group had signifi-cantly higher expression levels of serum IL-10 and TGF-β1 than the control group(t=22.286,25.053;both P<0.05),and the poor prognosis group had significantly higher expression levels of serum IL-10 and TGF-β1 than the good prognosis group(t=12.035,14.472;both P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the expression levels of serum IL-10(OR=3.762,95%CI=2.065-6.854,P<0.05)and TGF-β1(OR=4.577,95%CI=2.238-9.360,P<0.05)were both risk factors for poor prognosis in male AIDS patients.The ROC curve analysis showed that serum IL-10 and TGF-β1 used alone and in combi-nation had an AUC of 0.844,0.851,and 0.905(95%CI=0.794-0.855 to 0.894-0.955,allP<0.05),respectively,in predicting poor prognosis in male AIDS patients,and the combination of the two indicators had the highest predictive value.Conclusion There are significant increases in the expression levels of serum IL-10 and TGF-β1 in male AIDS patients,and the expression levels of serum IL-10 and TGF-β1 are closely associated with prognosis.Combined measurement of the two indicators has a high value in pre-dicting poor prognosis.
