同期发情-定时输精技术在湖羊与不同品种肉羊杂交中的应用研究OA
Research on the application of simultaneous estrus-timed insemination technology in the hybridization of Hu sheep with different breeds of meat sheep
试验旨在研究同期发情-定时输精技术在湖羊与不同品种肉羊杂交中的应用效果,明确最佳的技术参数与杂交模式.试验选择262只健康未孕经产母羊,考察不同同期发情处理方式、输精方式以及输精时间对母羊受胎、产羔情况的影响,并比较湖羊与不同品种杂交组合后代羔羊的初生重.结果显示,硅胶栓处理组(CIDR组)的受胎率显著高于海绵栓处理组(FGA组)(P<0.05),产羔率显著低于FGA组(P<0.05).阴道子宫颈口输精组的受胎率(66.67%)和多羔率(72.20%)均显著高于腹腔镜子宫角输精组(P<0.05).撤栓后51 h进行输精,母羊的受胎率和多羔率最高,可作为最佳输精时间点.澳洲白绵羊×湖羊、白萨福克羊×湖羊、南丘羊×湖羊杂交组合单羔、多羔的公、母羔初生重均显著高于湖羊×湖羊组合(P<0.05),但不同杂交组合母羊受胎率差异不显著(P>0.05).研究表明,同期发情-定时输精技术结合腹腔镜输精技术能够提高杂交羊利用率.
The experiment aims to study the application effect of simultaneous estrus-timed insemination technology in the hybridization of Hu sheep with different breeds of meat sheep,and to clarify the optimal technical parameters and hybridization mode.A total of 262 healthy non-pregnant and multiparous ewes were selected for the experiment to investigate the effects of different estrus treatment methods,insemination methods and insemination times at the same time on the conception and lambing of ewes,and to compare the birth weight of lambs born from the hybrid combinations of Hu sheep and different breeds.The results showed that the conception rate of the silicone plug treatment group(CIDR group)was significantly higher than that of the sponge plug treatment group(FGA group)(P<0.05),and the lambing rate was significantly lower than that of FGA group(P<0.05).The conception rate(66.67%)and multiple lambing rate(72.20%)in the vaginal cervical insemination group were significantly higher than those in the laparoscopic uterine horn insemination group(P<0.05).The conception rate and multiple lambing rate of ewes are the highest 51 hours after thrombectomy,which can be regarded as the optimal time point for insemination.The birth weights of single and multiple lambs in the hybrid combinations of Australian white sheep×Hu sheep,White Suffolk sheep×Hu sheep,and Nanqiu sheep×Hu sheep were significantly higher than those in the Hu sheep×Hu sheep combination(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the conception rate of ewes among different hybrid combinations(P>0.05).Studies have shown that the concurrent estrus-timed insemination technique combined with laparoscopic insemination technology can increase the utilization rate of crossbred sheep.
