地方鸡种与商业蛋鸡、快大型肉鸡品种杂交后代生长性能比较研究OA
Comparative study on growth performance of hybrid offspring of indigenous chicken breeds with commercial layers and fast-growing broilers
研究旨在比较地方鸡种与商业蛋鸡、快大型肉鸡杂交组合的生长性能,试验以地方鸡种(大骨鸡、林甸鸡)、现代高产蛋鸡(京红1号蛋鸡、海兰褐壳蛋鸡)及快大型肉鸡(安卡红肉鸡)为素材,采用"父本×母本"双因素交叉设计,构建4个杂交组合:方案1(地方鸡种×商业蛋鸡)包括大骨鸡×京红1号蛋鸡(DJ组)、大骨鸡×海兰褐壳蛋鸡(DH组),方案2(快大型肉鸡×地方鸡种)包括安卡红肉鸡×林甸鸡(AL组)、安卡红肉鸡×大骨鸡(AD组),每种组合孵化健雏200羽,公、母各半.试验期120 d.结果显示,方案2生长性能优于方案1,AL组和AD组平均日增重显著高于DJ组和DH组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于DJ组和DH组(P<0.05).各组杂交组合后代的成活率均高于90%,其中AL组最高.方案2两组合羽色均匀性达100%,方案1出现白羽.方案2屠宰率、全净膛率显著高于方案1(P<0.05),方案1腿肌率更高,其中DH组腿肌率(28.3%)显著高于AL组(P<0.05).方案1肉品质更优,剪切力值显著低于方案2(P<0.05),肌苷酸、肌内脂肪的含量显著高于方案2(P<0.05).方案2肉色亮度(L*值)显著高于方案1(P<0.05).研究表明,AL组合适合规模化高效养殖,DH组合兼顾腿肌率与肉质,可满足高端市场需求.
The study aimed to compare the growth performance of crossbred combinations among local chicken breeds,commercial laying hens,and fast-growing broilers.The experiment utilized local chicken breeds(Dagu chickens,Lindian chickens),modern high-yield laying hens(Jinghong No.1 laying hens,Hy-Line Brown laying hens),and fast-growing broilers(Anak-40 broilers)as materials.A two-factor cross design(sire×dam)was adopted to construct four cross combinations:Scheme 1(local breed×commercial layer)included Dagu×Jinghong No.1(DJ group)and Dagu×Hy-Line Brown(DH group);Scheme 2(fast-growing broiler×local breed)included Anak-40×Lindian(AL group)and Anak-40×Dagu(AD group).For each combination,200 healthy chicks were hatched,with equal numbers of males and females.The experimental period lasted 120 days.The results showed that the growth performance of Scheme 2 was superior to that of Scheme 1.The average daily gain in AL and AD groups was significantly higher than that in DJ and DH groups(P<0.05),while the feed-to-gain ratio was significantly lower(P<0.05).The survival rate of offspring in all cross combinations exceeded 90%,with AL group having the highest rate.The feather color uniformity in the two combinations of Scheme 2 reached 100%,whereas white feathers appeared in Scheme 1.The slaughter rate and eviscerated percentage of Scheme 2 were significantly higher than those of Scheme 1(P<0.05).Scheme 1 exhibited a higher leg muscle rate,with DH group(28.3%)being significantly higher than AL group(P<0.05).The meat quality of Scheme 1 was superior,with significantly lower shear force values(P<0.05)and significantly higher contents of inosinic acid and intramuscular fat compared to Scheme 2(P<0.05).The meat color lightness(L* value)of Scheme 2 was significantly higher than that of Scheme 1(P<0.05).The study indicates that the AL combination is suitable for large-scale efficient production,while the DH combination balances leg muscle rate and meat quality,meeting the demand of the high-end market.
