研究旨在揭示非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)A104R蛋白的分子特征,为非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)新型候选疫苗的研发提供参考.试验通过多种生物信息学在线软件,对ASFV A104R蛋白的结构、保守性及抗原表位进行系统分析.结果显示:ASFV A104R蛋白由104个氨基酸组成,有10个磷酸化修饰位点,属于碱性蛋白,具有亲水稳定性;ASFV A104R蛋白的二级结构中以无规则卷曲区域占比最多;共筛选出5个B细胞优势抗原表位,且在不同的ASFV分离株中高度保守.研究表明,试验成功对ASFV A104R蛋白进行了结构预测和抗原表位分析,为深入研究ASFV主要抗原蛋白的生物学特性及研发新型疫苗提供了一定参考.

The study aims to reveal the molecular characteristics of the A104R protein of the African swine fever virus(ASFV),providing a reference for the development of a new candidate vaccine for African swine fever(ASF).The experiment conducted a systematic analysis of the structure,conservation,and antigenic epitopes of the ASFV A104R protein using multiple online bioinformatics software.The results showed that the ASFV A104R protein consists of 104 amino acids,has 10 phosphorylation modification sites,is an alkaline protein,and has hydrophilic stability.The secondary structure of the ASFV A104R protein is dominated by the random coil region.A total of 5 B-cell dominant antigenic epitopes were identified,and they are highly conserved in different ASFV isolates.The study demonstrated that the experiment successfully conducted structural prediction and antigenic epitope analysis of the ASFV A104R protein,providing certain references for in-depth research on the biological characteristics of the main antigen proteins of ASFV and the development of new vaccines.
