混凝土模块结构水平缝螺栓连接锚固侧节点受拉性能试验研究OA
Experimental study on tensile performance of anchor-side bolted connections at horizontal joints in concrete modular structures
为提升装配式混凝土模块结构的施工效率与连接可靠性,针对对穿螺栓连接的全装配式普通混凝土模块结构体系中的墙体水平缝螺栓连接锚固侧节点,对其受拉性能开展试验研究,设计并制作了2组12个带有螺纹套筒的锚固侧节点,分析螺纹套筒埋置深度、墙体厚度、混凝土强度等级和预埋U形钢筋等参数的影响.结果表明:节点破坏模式主要包括混凝土锥体破坏、套筒拔出破坏和混合型破坏;套筒埋置深度的增加显著扩大了混凝土破坏锥体范围,并使峰值荷载呈增长趋势;增加墙体厚度可有效提高峰值荷载和初始刚度,并影响破坏模式;采用高强混凝土(如UHPC)显著提升了节点的峰值荷载与延性,并使破坏模式由混合型破坏向套筒拔出破坏转变;预埋U形钢筋在薄墙节点中对峰值荷载与初始刚度提升效果显著,而在厚墙节点中主要起构造与裂缝控制作用.研究可用于模块化装配式混凝土结构连接节点的优化设计.
To enhance the construction efficiency and connection reliability of precast concrete modular structures,a experimental study was conducted on the tensile performance of anchor-side horizontal bolted joints in a fully assembled modular concrete structural system using through-bolts(FAMC-RC).Two groups 12 specimens with embedded threaded sleeves were designed and tested,considering key influencing factors including sleeve embedment depth,component thickness,concrete strength,and the presence of U-shaped reinforcing bars.The results show that the failure modes include concrete cone failure,sleeve pull-out failure and combined failure.Increasing the sleeve embedment depth significantly enlarges the concrete failure cone and lead to an accelerated increase in peak load capacity.Greater component thickness effectively improves both load capacity and initial stiffness while influencing the failure mode.The use of high-strength concrete,such as UHPC,considerably enhances the joint's peak load and ductility,shifting the failure mode from combined failure to sleeve pullout failure.Pre-embedded U-shaped bars notably increase load capacity and stiffness in thin-wall specimens,whereas in thick foundations they primarily serve for detailing and crack control.The research can be used for optimizing joint design and application in modular precast concrete structures.
